A luxury villa platform: supplier feeds, website, admin and booking
One developer, the whole stack. I brought several villa feeds together into a single catalogue of 500+ properties and built the website, admin panels and booking service around it.

The client
Premium Island Vacations is a villa rental agency that focuses on one island: St. Barts. Its catalogue runs to more than 500 handpicked luxury villas, and it sits alongside a sister concierge company that has been looking after guests on the island since 2005.
Its guests are luxury travellers who expect curated, personal service, not a package deal or an anonymous checkout.
The challenge
The villas don’t come from one place. Properties and their details are supplied through several different villa feeds, each with its own structure, so there was no single source of truth to build a website on.
Guests needed one clean, fast catalogue they could search with confidence. The team behind it needed proper tools to run the business, and a booking process that fits a high-touch, personal service rather than replacing it.
What I built
Feed integrations. I integrated multiple villa feeds into a single catalogue, so villas from different sources appear on the site in one consistent format.
Website design and build. An image-led site with search by bedrooms, dates, location, price and features such as a heated pool. Around 25 location pages, from Anse des Cayes to Vitet, give each part of the island its own gallery of villas, and concierge and holiday-planning pages round out the service.
Admin panels. Back-office tools for the team to run the site and its catalogue without needing a developer.
Booking service. A booking service designed around how the agency actually sells: personal and team-led, with clear routes to a real person throughout.
Under the hood
Structured data (Schema.org) describes the organisation, services, search and FAQs so search engines understand the business. Images are delivered through Cloudflare’s image resizing so large photography stays fast.
Why one developer mattered
Feeds, front end, back office and booking all depend on each other. Building them as one system, rather than handing pieces between suppliers, meant fewer seams, quicker decisions, and a platform the client could rely on from the first enquiry to the confirmed stay.
